The park offers following service facilities: lockers, nursing room, family restroom, water fountain, ATM, public pay phone. For any inquiries, please contact Service Center.

lockers

The park provides small and medium sized lockers. Storage space for large objects is limited, and non-exclusive, and storage service is only available depending on

actual situation.

Using the Lockers

1. Read the instructions carefully

2. Choose an appropriate locker

3. Reconfirm and agree to terms and conditions

4. Fill out the registration form

5. Pick up the key and lock the locker

6. Finish storing item and keep the key safe

7. Return the key after using the locker

Instructions

1. The lockers can be accessed from 09:30 too 20:00, and may not be used overnight. Please retrieve your stored items before 20:00.

2. For items not retrieved in time, the security staff and park staff will open the locker, and videotape the entire process, to ensure that the stored items are not dangerous or hazardous. If the items are found not to be dangerous, the locker will be locked again, and a daily management fee of NTD 100 will be charged per locker. If the items are not retrieved after three days, the park staff will hand over the items to police and will not be held liable for any compensations. If the items are found to be dangerous, the park staff will notify the police immediately.

3. The lockers are mostly 35cmx36 cmx37cm. Larger items are stored in shared space, which can accommodate three 20-29 inch suitcases. Please inquire with service staff.

4. The self-service lockers are free. Please make sure you have locked it properly, as the park will not be held liable for any compensations. Important objects, money, and identification shall be carried on person.

5. No food, drink, explosives, prohibited items, pets, umbrellas, and easily-rotten materials shall be stored in the lockers. When in case the stored items are stolen goods or prohibited items, the park staff will notify the police.

6. After registration at the Service Center, visitors may pick up the keys to the lockers. Keys must be kept safe. When in case the key is damaged or lost, the visitor will be held responsible for compensation (NTD 300 for lock replacement). Person breaking of the lockers or objects inside the lockers shall be held responsible for all compensations as well.

7. For suitcase storage, please keep your claim ticket safe. When in case the claim ticket is lost, the visitor shall pay a compensation of NTD 100 / ticket.

Nursing Room

Located next to the female restroom on first floor of Fruit Wine Building. For access to the nursing room, please use the telecom to notify staff, and a staff member will be dispatched to unlock the door in three minutes.

ATM

Located underneath the new corridor right next to Small Happiness.

Wheelchair

The park provides free wheelchair rental; visitors may rent wheelchair with valid personal identification.
